Shaw Park Tennis Centre is one of the finest tennis facilities in Brisbane, boasting 10 fully lit ITF standard acrylic hard courts, Brisbane’s largest tennis specialist retail store, cafe, a full range of amenities and a high performance coaching team running one of the country’s largest Hot Shots tennis coaching programs.

In 2013 the Shaw Park Tennis Centre was named “Queensland Club of the Year” at the Tennis Queensland Awards Night and continued on to take out the biggest honour for clubs across Australia by winning the Most Outstanding Club at the John Newcombe Medal Gala in December 2013.

Programs

Junior coaching ranges from Hot Shots Tennis, Squad lessons, Private lessons and a Hot Shots League Play. Our competition pathways include entering teams on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night in the Tennis Brisbane Super League competition.

Newly affiliated with Tennis Queensland, this tennis centre will be able to host some of Brisbane’s best junior and senior tournaments boasting 8 first class hard courts and a further 4 multi sport courts.

Court Hire

Shaw Park Tennis Centre has 10 acrylic hard courts available for hire any time between 9.00am-9.00pm.

Male and female players of all standards, these popular programs cater to players that enjoy playing both singles and doubles.

Shawpark Students

We believe it is important for students to play the game of tennis. We offer the opportunity to play matches under the supervision of our coaches.

Junior Coaching

Learn from some of Queensland’s most experienced coaches with extensive knowledge of the game. All of our coaches are qualified, experienced, and will oversee our tennis programs with a focus on player development and player pathways.
