TOURNAMENT ASSISTANCE
Tournament assistance is available for all current Tennis Gear squad members or to anyone who is looking to add an extra element of professionalism to their tennis and training. Tournament assistance support is extremely beneficial for preparing players correctly and for providing them accurate and insightful feedback post match to help them to continue to grow as players. This service is available on a casual day-by-day basis dependent on coach availability
Players will receive;
- Pre-match physical warm up
- On-court hitting warm up
- Pre-match goal setting
- Post-match review
- Match Analysis
- Tournament Report
- Video Analysis of minimum 1 match per tournament??
Players will receive tournament assistance from Damien Roberts and other Tennis Gear Performance Coaches at a minimum of 3 tournaments per term. This support is extremely beneficial in preparing players correctly for their matches and in providing accurate feedback for their post-tournament training schedule.

PERSONALISED PHYSICAL PROGRAM
Cost: $10.00 per week
Players will receive a personalised physical program from Damien Roberts, former Great Britain National Strength & Conditioning Coach. In addition to regular program monitoring the testing & analysis session will include:
- Endurance, strength and flexibility programming
- One private session per term with trainer
- Personalised improvement program
